“This thing is such an umami flavor bomb it's unreal. The first thing I get from it are those shitakes followed by a sweetness from umeboshi plums. Not a lot of heat at the beginning but it does build a bit as you eat. This sauce makes my cup noodle taste gourmet. 10/10”

“This sauce tastes very good. It reminds me of a BBQ sauce. Sweet and savory. The heat is about a 4/10, tho it builds the more you eat. would buy again”

“The NO.9 sauce is delicious I have used it on multiple different dishes such as salads, burgers, salmon rice bowls, poke and much more the sweet yet savoy flavor makes you want to keep pouring it on get it while supplies last. you wont regret it”
