Hey Lindsay! Thanks for the feedback - this sauce is definitely a wild one! While it is more vinegary and splashy, it has some really great uses if you want to give it another try. After a healthy shake (ingredients will settle), I like to use it in homemade dressings OR add it to a fruit compote with honey or maple syrup. Also a great fish taco or slaw acid!

“It's a nice sauce. The blueberry flavor is excellence. I use the sauce as a jam every day because the blueberry really stands out. The only difference between jam and this sauce is that it is spicy instead of sweet. What I would love if the ghost pepper has a heavy kick.”

“One of my absolute favorites! It is thinner which makes it easier to spread. I use it for chicken wraps, turkey clubs and of course wings! A must add for anyone who likes a vinegar base sauce!”
