“I really didn't like it. I really enjoyed the Heartbeat blueberry habanero and decided to go for this one next. It's incredibly liquidy, therefore is near impossible for use as a condiment. The vinegar is like 99% of the flavor, and I didn't taste any real sweetness, but it has a slow burn and it lingers for a while. I tried using it as a marinade to salvage what I had left, but it made my chicken insanely tough thanks to the overwhelming vinegar. I couldn't tell you what to use this with...maybe fried rice? And the ice cream recommendation was just straight up one of the worst things I've ever tried to put down. Overall, not recommended.”

“It is a tad more vinegar based than I'd like.. I found a better Blueberry sauce from a different company I like more because it isn't as acidic. But that said this is great with brie and crackers, on pancakes or waffles, with grilled cheese. Not bad at all! Decently spicy as well!”

“Was really expecting more from this one. Barely any hint of blueberry and more vinegar-y than sweet. The ghost pepper was really mild. 4/10 heat. Tried on ice cream also and it was ok, a little too sour in my opinion. Consistency is very thin.”

“This is a good sauce, but the blueberry flavor I was expecting just isn't there. I do enjoy in with breafast food. It is GREAT on eggs.”
