“I bought this to make a hot honey syrup for a spicy bee’s knees cocktail and it worked perfectly. Did about 1/4 part hit honey to 3/4 regular honey and it made it accessible to most drinkers while still giving a pleasant burn. I call it the wasp’s knees!”

“This stuff is the best hot honey I've found. Great amount of heat that feels just right. I love putting on anything I can. My only complaint is the crystals that form at the bottom of each bottle. It's a honey thing, if I can get them out they taste great too but each bottle does this and I always want more of the honey when it's gone.”
