“one-star rating is not due to its taste; it's not a nasty hot honey. you have definitely had better though. its heat is both flavorful not does it balance well with the honey sweetness. the bottle is poorly designed as it consistently leaks from under its cap after usage consistently leaving a sticky mess.”

“The bottle I received was completely crystallized when I got it. The only way to get the "sauce" out was to cut the bottle in half! However, it did taste okay when I used it as the sweet component of a homemade barbeque sauce, so not a total loss.”

“Mostly sweet with a warm heat coming through the honey. I like this one. It’s a breakfast hot sauce or would be a nice accent drizzled over ice cream.”

“This is a great pepper topping to keep handy. I use it on breakfast egg sandwiches and on potato cakes and fish filets. There are other uses that I will try. Really adds flavor to foods. Highly recommend.”
