Generally, I don't like to give 5 star reviews unless something really stands out. In this case, the Pepper X flavor is so massive that it transcends a 4 star rating and hits a perfect 5. This is absolutely not a hot sauce, though - this is infused honey. Same texture and flavor as honey, but with a medium heat and a very strong Pepper X flavor. I'd originally tasted Pepper X as a ~1/8 tsp dab on a butter knife, from a bottle of The Last Dab Apollo. Due to specific circumstances - it'd been delivered early morning and I tried it immediately, before coffee or breakfast - I had a strong physical reaction, strong enough it had my cats following me around worriedly. So when I licked a drop of this honey, my brain immediately started screaming bloody murder at me. But the unbearable, stomach-cramping heat didn't arrive, just a huge dose of Pepper X flavor and a mild burn. I later tried some directly on chicken nuggets and, sadly, the flavor did not stand out. However, I am currently drinking an old fashioned made with Nugget Honey and it is very, very nice. The pepper flavor works with the whiskey, and the heat is a constant, but never overbearing, presence. Excellent. I'm looking forward to using this in a marinade. For the curious, Nugget Honey Old Fashioned: 2 oz Bulleit Rye ~1tsp Nugget Honey 1-2 dashes bitters 1 giant ice cube I poured a few drops of whiskey into a large glass, then added the honey. Stirred well until it was dissolved, slowly adding more whiskey until all 2 oz was in there. Added the whiskey/honey mixture to a glass with a giant ice cube in it, then stirred the cube around until it'd melted a bit and blended in with the whiskey/honey mixture. Added a couple dash of bitters and a twist of lemon.

Very very sweet. Good amount of spice. Weird flavour profile. Kind of like treacle with heat. Not quite sure how to use it, since it’s like honey but a hot sauce…

Absolutely delicious! It is amazing on biscuits, pizza, toast, tortillas. It also is great to use in a spicy honey glaze for ham

Surprisingly good. Thought it was going to be too sweet, but the combination of heat is very flavorful and unique. I expected a sweet Thai chili flavor. Totally different and like I said unique.

Love that not just heat but great flavor. Not a fan of hot sauces with too much of a vinegar flavor. This is the perfect blend
