“This honey is SO versatile. While I do like to drizzle it on my pizza, I've also recently tried infusing it in my yeast mixture for pizza dough. Adding between a tsp and a Tbsp to the mixture adds just a tinge of sweetness to the dough. It also helps to slightly speed up the resting process. Double win! Thank you Heatonist for continuosly creating and curating out-of-this-world hot sauces. I'm a customer for life. Your fellow spice lord, Tyler”

“Very delicious. Add it to pizza (especially the crust), waffles, salmon sushi rolls. Whatever. Tastes great, has a slight spicy kick, and pours nicely out of the bottle.”
