“Liquid Gold! Honey is wonderful on its own, but that added heat from the Pepper-X is so good! As they advertise you can add it to anything you want. Need a little sweet heat added to a dish, Nugget Honey has you covered! I may even try this in a hot tea, the possibilities are endless!”

“If you love soft cheeses, keep a bottle of this onhand. Drizzled over a brie or manchego, it's delicious. Can't stop heating and the heat is perfect. You feel it but never overwhelming.”

“For reference, I'm a scoville wimp and can only tolerate level 1 of 10 heat. This honey is mild in heat, and I would've liked them to kick it up a notch or two. I like to drizzle it on buttered toast, but it tastes mostly like thick honey, with a very subtle burn. I can't taste the pepper X much. But when I pour it into a hot cup of tea, then I can taste a little of the pepper X flavor which I kind of like. You can also feel the heat when you breathe in the aroma from the hot tea. A minor irritant is that the bottle is a really thick plastic that is hard to squeeze, nothing at all like a typical honey bottle. I have to remove the cap and just pour it out. The amount is very small for honey, it's not like hot sauce that you tend to dab and dribble a small quantity of, usually I use honey in large tablespoonfulls, so this will not go a long way for me. I think if this was sold in a large squeeze bottle, I might use it regularly in my kitchen, but it's too small and too hard to dispense. I still think this would be a fun gift though, and I'm glad to try it. This would probably be good with fruit, and a cheeseboard. Still, I really wish it was a little hotter.”
