“As soon as I saw this new addition to the Heatonist family, I knew I had to have it, and I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to try it with - Chicken & Waffles! And let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!!! Absolutely perfect! Another Heatonist product I have to make sure I never run out of for sure!”

“I was wary when I read that it had pepper x in it because I didn’t want over the top heat and I can say that for me, it has just the right amount. The inclusion of gin gives it an odd taste that I don’t think would pair well with most things. I may just give this one to a friend.”

“This is a great binder for a sweet Spicy Honey Mustard sauce I use it with a Champagne Mustard which really pairs well with Poultry and Fish.”

“I didn't think of this as a hot sauce, and still really don't. I've just been thinking of it as a better honey. So, been using it when I'd use honey. PB and Honey sandwich... it's amazing. Melt some butter to make a compound honey-butter for my biscuits... YES PLEASE. The flavor of it is a great honey flavor, and the burn/kick is subtle. it takes a bit to hot at first, and starts slow, but once it hits, it's there. But the ceiling for it's heat is pretty low, which is why I like it for stuff like biscuits. It's a really great blend of sweet and spicy. Oh, and for folks that used to like honey on their fried chicken, this is the best honey I've tried on Fried Chicken.”
