“While obviously not a traditional "hot sauce" this stuff is amazing! I've been using it on various pork and poultry cuts and the mix of sweet and spicy is amazing. Just a hint of spice with a supremely sweet honey flavor.”

“Just got it in the mail today. Tastes almost exactly like honey, very sweet. The hot kicks a bit harder than you might expect but the burn fades very quickly. Tasted great both on chicken wings and mixed into vanilla ice cream. If you like honey, I highly recommend it”

“The flavor is excellent and as advertised it has a slight after burn. Great on nuggets (obviously) and pizza but my favorite use so far has been as a cheese board accompaniment. I would like to see a version come out with more heat though.”

“There was barely any spice to this sauce. It's too sweet to use as a coating or dipping sauce. It just tastes like honey. Don't get me wrong, I like honey, but I can get it for a lot less than $12/bottle.”

Thanks for the feedback Melissa! We try to give you an idea of the heat with our rating out of ten on the product page :) This sauce isn't meant to be super spicy, a nice slow burn to add just a little kick to delicious alfalfa honey!
