“For me, it wasn't very hot. The disappointment was in the flavor. To me it tasted like every other smokey/chipotle type of hot sauce I've ever had. I was hoping for a sauce that was more unique tasting.”

“We mixed in 1/2 tbsp of the Barbacoa into some homemade peach butter. We smoked some 2" bone-in chops with post oak on two zone up to 140 degrees. Move the chops over to the hot side to sear all sides and then basted the spicy peach butter over the top. Pulled at 160 for the carry over. Very tasty!”

“I've loved this sauce for a couple of years now. It is a "keep-in-stock go-to" for my kitchen. I enjoyed spending 10 days in the Wind River Range in Wyoming this past summer on a climbing trip. We ate a lot of easy-to-prep and/or dehydrated meals. You better believe I had one of these bottles with me!”

“This sauce has like a smokey bbq flavor and not too much heat. Medium heat for sure. Saw this sauce on Hot Ones with such good reviews, I just had to try this stuff. A friend has some that I tried and I wanted to get some, so here we are. Got my bottle ordered, now just waiting for delivery. Heatonist rocks!”
