“Finally getting around to writing on this one, Barbacoa is just the perfect summer vibes. Not overly smoky from the peppers, good burst of brightness from the juice and vinegar, and a party of spices that all play nicely off each other. Good all around sauce”

“The original (verde) Los Calientes was my favorite hot sauce, the Barbacoa edition unseats it by being everything I could ever want in a hot sauce. The chipotle and smoked red peppers give this a solid smokey flavor, while Los Calientes roots maintain sweet and sour notes. A few drops can pack a huge flavor punch to any taco or burrito. If you already liked Los Calientes, you will like the Barbacoa. If you like smokey sauces, you will like Barbacoa.”

“So I bought the trio pack. I had already tried the green sauce. The green one so so good I had to know what the others were like. Barbacoa is just as amazing as the green. Note - 1. This sauce is limited on what you can use it for in my opinion. I've tried many dishes with this and I found slow cooking and BBQ to be the best option. 2. Beef and Pork work amazing for this. Chicken was meh. Beef would be my first choice though. I thought it tasted best with beef. 3. for ribs beef or pork - for people of 3 I used half a bottle. 4. For roasts - again for 3 people I used half a bottle. 5. For steak - I use it like A1 sauce.”
