“Fantastic smoky hot sauce. I use this a lot when dealing with chicken. Especially wings. I actually used it earlier today on some oven baked drum sticks, smothered in this sauced garnished with some fresh cilantro. I had to stop myself from eating more. How thick you layer this sauce will definitely change the level of heat you get.”

“Fantastic flavor - use it on wings, in fish tacos, all sorts of recipes. I don’t find it as spicy as maybe the packaging hints. I use hot sauces for the flavors and not to see if I can survive the experience”

“Alright, this sauce is by far my favorite sauce I've ever had EVER. It's sweet but has just enough kick. Of the Los Calientes line the Barbacoa is by far my favorite because of the balance of heat and sweet. It's like bbq sauce had a sweet love child with hot sauce and this was the baby. I love it on chicken as a marinade and condiment for dipping. 5/5”
