“To date - My favorite Hot Sauce ever. It's the absolute perfect combo of nice mild kick and amazing, bright, rich flavors. Not overpowering whatsoever. Goes great with just about anything you can imagine. My personal favorite so far is a nice chicken and cheese panini, toasted on a ciabatta roll, smothered in Calientes. (This is better than the newer "Los Calientes Rojo" by a mile, by the way.)”

“Honestly the hot sauce is awesome. Didnt exactly expect it to be like a pico de gaio, but I was very satisfied. Love this sauce will definitely be buying more in the future. For now I'm about to try the Rojo version of this.”

“This stuff is absolutely delicious. I almost went through a whole bottle in less than a week and i'm buying two more right now. If you like a light sweet/tangy with a bit of spice (it's really not that spicy) with nearly 0 after burn, this stuff is bomb. I find myself making burritos and quesadillas just as an excuse to eat more of this stuff. I will say it was a bit of an acquired taste at first, but after the second bite I was hooked. I wouldn't put it on eggs because of the tang, but im sure a breakfast burrito it would be incredible. I cannot recommend a hot sauce more than this one. 10/10”

“I ordered a bottle of this stuff about a month ago and went through it in three days. So the next week I made sure to order two more. I got this and the Rojo style. I have to say that both are amazing and unique flavored and are my go to sauces for almost everything I eat. It for sure has a southwest flavor to it with a little bit of sweetness which makes it great on mexican food, eggs, rice, wings, popcorn or pretty much anything else you can think of. As far as the heat goes it is noticeable but not even close to anything overwhelming. It is a thin sauce and i smother everything with it. When you bite into the food you will immediately taste a little bit of heat, which is followed up with just a slight sweet taste after. 5/5 - have recommend to friends,family, coworkers, and pretty much anyone else who is willing to listen. BUY IT!”

“This stuff is delicious. The freshness of the green serranos pairs wonderfully with the tang from the tomatillos and a hint of sweetness from the apricot. Would be fantastic on just about any Southwesten cuisine.”

“I never write reviews but this hot sauce is just unbelievable. I love spicy food and I would say this isn’t too hot but has a good punchy flavors after the fact. Truly the flavor is out of this world!! Amazing on pizza, eggs and chicken. I have also gotten three other people hooked on this hot sauce. It tastes like California in a bottle! On my second bottle. Cannot get enough!”
