“The sauce is sweet and tropical. Lot's of cumin in the nose. I really like the consistency - thin enough to pour but thick enough to stay on a tortilla chip. I'm not one for fruity/sweet sauces, but this sauce is very good for that genre. The sauce has a really strong personality, so it'll need to be paired purposefully. I wouldn't just slap it on any old thing. Labeling this sauce as a 5/10 heat is just silly. It's a 3/10. It's still a tasty sauce, and I believe a well-stocked fridge need some sauces that are a 3/10. But 5/10 is just inaccurate.”

“The only thing the sauce was good for is hot wings. It has a very unique taste that does not go good on anything but hot wings. After watching hot ones and seeing so many rave reviews, I was excited to try it for myself. The first time I had it on hot wings it was great, very mild and sweet, but that married up well with hot wings. There is almost no heat to the sauce, and the flavor is very unique. In the days that followed my first venture with the sauce, I proceeded to try it on other food items... it made them inedible. There is almost no heat to the sauce, and the flavor is very unique. This might be a great sauce to invest in if you eat hot wings regularly. All other food groups seem to taste horrendous with the sauce on it. Hope it helps.”

“It's not very spicy, I describe it more like a warmth. its soo good, great for any kind of Mexican food or even eggs.. very south west flavor. It's the best green sauce I've had. Im not a hot sauce person or a spicy lover and I can not get enough of this sauce!”

“Ive been watching hot ones since the first episode, and almost everyone says los clientes is super good, so since im bored during corentiene, i bought the OG los clientes because why not ,and its phenomenal!!!! The other flavors mix with the pepper spice and somehow make the flavor change from sweet, hot, then into litterally more warmth in my mouth. Now that is a properly made hot sauce!”

“This sauce really delivers on what it says it is, Smoky, Sweet and AMAZING! Hands down my favorite sauce. Goes amazingly well with chicken in my opinion.”

“One of the best tasting sauces I have ever had. I would give this more of a 3/10 for heat though. I can make a similar sauce in my blender for less that $10,”

“I do not have much to add to all the great reviews here - this is a delicious sauce that just about anyone can enjoy. It is pretty versatile, but as at least one other review mentioned, I want to give a specific mention to how well it goes with eggs and breakfast foods.”

“This has a level of heat that I think most people will be able to tolerate without chugging milk, but the flavor is so delicious. I believe it's the apricot that adds a very noticeable sweetness to the sauce that really makes it pop compared to just about anything else. Literally just added it to some queso and chips and it was the perfect match. Enjoy!”
