This is a fabulous mash style hot sauce that has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. Amazing on burgers, pizza, etc. Balances well with Firewater and the last dab.

I've already gone through about 15 bottles of this stuff. It's too good. Really wish they were bigger than 5oz cause it does not last long and I'm suddenly spending all my money on hot sauce. Worth it though. Never stop making this sauce, heatonist!

I got this after almost a month of waiting and it was well worth the wait! This hot sauce has amazing flavor, I wouldn't call it as hot as 5/10 but then I haven't had a lot of it yet. I would highly recommend this to anyone who want's a flavorful hot sauce and a nice heat that wont make you roll on the floor crying (depending on tolerance ofc)

I'm not a fan of anything hot or spicy. I'm such a big fan of Hot Ones on YouTube. When I realized they sold hot sauce, I didn't have a choice, I HAD to buy it! Lol. Anyway, we slathered our wings in this sauce and it was amazing. It's spicy, yea, but not too spicy where you can't talk or function because your mouth is on fire. Los Calientes has so much flavor I didn't know a hot sauce could have. A Mexican type flavor. Almost like a spicy salsa. Very very flavorful. I can wait to try it on tacos.

Firstly: I have no problem with the flavors of this sauce; they're good. Flavor Hierarchy: Cumin and Tomatillo come through immediately, followed quickly with the bright apple cider vinegar and citrus flavor. The heat shows up, but like this site states, it is a 5/10. (About Sriracha-level spiciness) Complaint? I like how this sauce tastes, but i feel like it is not balanced in its flavor / heat ratio. I have a solution, though. Solution — It should be made a bit thicker and a bit hotter to bring balance with the lush flavors. Instead of it being a 5/10, make it a 6 or 7/10. Will I Purchase Again? I will finish this bottle happily, but i won't buy this sauce again. I will buy more from this same brand, as I can see they really put some brainpower and care into their creations. It tastes like a condiment sauce from a cali-mex restaurant. That is a compliment, but maybe it is less of a compliment when we see what the sauce is claiming to be — a hot sauce. I don't need everything to taste like the traditional hot sauces my dad and grand-dad consumed, but I do want their to be a pronouncement of heat in a hot sauce, especially when it is ornamented with such wonderful, lush, flavorful spices and savories. It feels like the heat was taken down a notch as a way to make it more appealing to more people; it doesn't seem like this lowered heat level is native to this sauce's original concept (or shouldn't be). Make this hot sauce a 6/10 or 7/10, and I will rate it 5/5 stars!

This sauce is a favorite in my collection. I use it daily on eggs, but it's also fantastic on tacos, salads and any Tex-Mex cooking you can come up with. Bite after bite of tasting every sweet flavor profile, backed up by some noticeably pleasant heat will leave you wanting more. You'll come back to this hot sauce frequently. I promise.

This stuff contends with some of the best, fresh, from-scratch salsa verdes that I've ever had. I could even go for a hotter version of this as the spices and smokiness are quite bold compared to the heat. It's fun to make salsa verde from scratch, but if you're not a cook, or don't have access to fresh ingredients, this stuff is a very close second.
