“I am hooked. The flavor of this sauce is magic. Heat is quite nice / mild and just used as an accent to the flavors. I love to mix it with a little olive oil for dressing a taco salad. Great in guac, on eggs, in tortilla soup, on tacos, wings - whatever. I would eat it on a shoe. Really well done.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! Los Calientes is definitely a medium sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. You might want to double the amount you use! ;-) If you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
