Full of flavor, slightly sweet. Mild to medium spicy. Great with eggs and sausage

This is a below average hot sauce. It's not even hot like the name suggests. The balance is way off. I mostly taste cumin. At $12 it's a big disappointment.

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! Los Calientes is definitely a medium sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. You might want to double the amount you use! ;-) If you'd like a suggestion for something without cumin, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

Exactly what I'm looking for in a hot sauce, with a apple twist. It's not just medium hot, it tastes incredible.

A perfect sauce for all around use. Works with everything from eggs or chicken to enchiladas and tamales. Great lasting heat with a traditional Mexican style taste. My only complaint about this sauce is that I can't buy it in larger bottles.

Hands down one of my favorite sauces. The habanero flavor comes though with enough sweet to balance the heat while letting you know you've found the best mid level heat you'll ever taste. It pairs with anything well...chicken, pork, steak, fish, impossible, veggie crumbles, cauliflower, flip-flops, eggs, hash browns, anything...I licked it off my shirt and it still tasted better than my shirt did by itself.
