“Out of the dozen or so sauces I ordered, this was my least favorite. It's not gross or anything, but it just isn't my thing. I ordered it almost a year ago and I still have 2/3 of the bottle remaining. I just had some to try and pinpoint why I don't go for it and I think the apricot+tomatillo+cider combo takes away from the peppers, garlic, spices, and vinegar. Heat is about 3-4. I think I'll try using it as a chicken thigh marinade and see how that goes.”
