“I just received this for Christmas and wow! When I first tried the hot sauce, the spice hit me right in the back of the throat. I then put it on some chicken and it brought out the different flavors of the maple, and ranch etc. It’s pretty spicy for those who can’t handle it but the flavor is worth it.”

“My husband and I absolutely love this sauce. It has the right kind of tang and a really good kick. We’ve put it on fried chicken, tamales, french fries, and even just dabbed a little on our fingers for a taste when we open the fridge. If I could just chug the bottle, I would. Maybe it’s just because I’m pregnant, who knows, but I could literally drink this sauce on its own as a beverage. One of the best sauces I’ve had.”

“I’ve been following Keith’s journey on YouTube for years and was super excited when he announced his “not too hot sauce.” After reading the other reviews, I feel like I must have gotten a bad batch because the prevailing flavor of the sauce was sour - and not like the tanginess of Ranch dressing, but more similar to the sourness of spoiled milk. I hope that I’m the odd man out here and that everyone else’s experience is better. First sauce I’ve gotten from Heatonist that I didn’t enjoy.”

“This is the perfect blend of a buffalo and a ranch without being too heavy or too spicy. Ive tried this on air fried wings and on pigs-in-a-blanket and its soooo good. I dont like hot sauces but this one is everything i could have wanted and more. My whole family loved this sauce and I now have to buy another bottle! I have a cousin with a geographic tongue and i cant wait for her to try this! Amazing job Keith, vid idea eating all of the famous chicken places (chick-fil-a, raising canes, popeyes etc) and seeing which one goes best with this sauce.”

“When I got the sauce I was so excited the packaging was great.took it out of the fridge and eat my chicken with it that day or the next day my parents almost finished the entire bottle when the family came iver. Needless to say it was a hit with my whole family. Quite honestly I think I'm just going to order a couple more bottles.”

“Thank you Keith for making a “not so hot” hot sauce. I’ve always loved the flavors of hot sauce, but I don’t want to feel like I’m being tortured when I eat it. This is the perfect amount of heat and flavor for me. So far I love it on pizza, breakfast burritos, and French fries. Looking forward to trying it on chicken next! Very well done.”
