“I bought this on the sheer number of reviews, and it deserves every one of them. Medium hot with a warm tomato and garlic body, it reminds me of spicy sofrito and has leveled up every random dish I've added it to.”

“Great stuff. Hotter than the Barbacoa variation, so I use a bit more sparingly. Great flavor, the apricot really comes through. Overall I think I prefer the barbacoa, but not by much. Will definitely order again.”

“I was worried about this because I originally tried it on hot wings and it was fairly hot. If you use this as a hot sauce, it is very manageable and delicious! It adds sweet and a little heat to anything. Got it for tacos, found out it is good an anything.”
