“Absolutely fantastic hot sauce, enough heat to be euphoric without lingering long enough to regret it later. Adobo sauce and tropical fruit notes. Just a little bit of that metallic capsaicin taste on the back end but it doesn't linger very long. Very versatile, would put it on just about anything I would put hot sauce on.”

“I am always looking for new sauces to try to spice up and add heat to dishes I cook. I have had all kinds sauces that add insane heat but always seem to lack a flavorful balance. While I love hot to super hot sauces, I want them to have a refreshing flavor to compliment the heat not be completely obliterated by it. I found the Los Calientes Rojo at Walmart of all places and figured I would give it a go. Wow am I glad I did. I do usually prefer more heat than this has, but OMG the flavor profile is exquisite and find myself looking for foods that are begging to be bathed in this stuff. I have literally made hard boiled eggs just to put this on because it is that tasty. I am so glad that Hot Ones did not bench this as it would be a shame to lose such a wonderfully flavored sauce. What it lacks in heat it exponentially makes up for in flavor!”
