“If Los Calientes Verde gets 5 stars (it does), I'm only giving this 4 stars because Verde is so darn good. Rojo's base is similar enough to Verde that they fit well as a pair, and I find that the extra bit of "red" flavor (lol) does great with heavier red meats in a way that Verde does not. Great overall!”

“It’s a great sauce for tacos. Any of the sauces in this series are all flavorful with a 4/10 heat. I can literally go through a bottle within a week or two. Love it!”
