“All around great balance of heat and flavor, one of my favorite things to put Los Calientes Rojo on is an omlet. I have tried it on multiple types of omlets from basic to westwen and I can't explain why but it's just soooo darn good on any of them, it obviously went well with homemade tacos and restaurant purchased Mexican food. As soon as I get more I plan to experiment with it on other food items such as chili and a couple of chicken based dishes. I haven't used it as or in a marinade yet but its not out of the question as I believe it has the potential to deliver in that arena as well. Of the sauces I've ordered so far this one is my favorite.”

“Los calientas makes my favorite mild sauces. Haven't had better. Great flavor, almost worth drinking straight. Heat is relatively minimal.”

“This hot sauce is very flavorful with a little bit of a heat. Not real hot but the combination of its heat level and flavors is truly amazing. It goes great with so many different foods however I love it on scrambled eggs.”
