“This is my favorite hot sauce I've ever had. I only use a few dashes per serving and still I run out faster than any of the other 8 sauces I use routinely because I use this one 3-5+ times per week. Wonderful flavor - the heat is balanced perfectly with the sweet apricot and smokiness. Every person I've seen try it has the same reaction - "oh...ohhhh! mmm, that's good! ...[a few seconds pass]... that's REALLY good! what is that called again?" Before trying either one, I thought I might like the original Los Calientes (green/yellow bottle) better than this one, but after trying both, Rojo is the winner by miles. If you don't love it, it'll be easy to find someone else who does & they'll love you for giving it to them. Best on breakfast burritos and Mexican/southwest-style rice/bean/veggie bowls.”
