“I have to say this sauce was very disappointing because the taste wasn’t really what I would think of as any kind of a hot sauce and it’s not hot. However I found it works great to marinate taco meat so that is what I use it for and would buy it again to do that. The citrusy flavor makes a great Mexican marinade”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! Los Calientes is definitely a medium sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. You might want to double the amount you use! ;-) If you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
