“The tastiest sauce and my favorite. I enjoy the seasoned sauce and there is the right amount of heat. You get there, stays for a reasonable time, then settles down. Los Calientes is tops!”

“Last week a wrote a review and gave this Los Calientes Rojo 4 stars because it was just a little too sweet for me. Since then I've been using more and more and wanted to come back and give it 5 stars. For years I've been searching for the perfect hot sauce and this one may be it. I'm really loving it the more I use it. Ordering 3 more bottles today and giving one to a friend so they can try it.”

“The medium heat is very close to perfect for me. Just enough to sting my tongue, but not set it on fire. The habanero gives me a nice sweat under my eyes. I like that it's not too thick and not too thin. Just the right consistency. The flavor is good, but the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a little too sweet and fruity for me. I'm guessing that's the apricot, but not sure.”

“Order arrived 3 days before estimated delivery. Immediately opened and applied to fresh, hot pizza. It was exactly what I wanted/hoped for/dreamed of. Good heat. Lots of cumin up front with deep fruit and just the right acid. Already know I will be purchasing many more bottles in the future. Thanks Hot Ones and Heatonist!!”
