“This is a great middle ground hot sauce. It most definitely has the heat and spice in there but nothing that will melt your face off and stay in your mouth hours later. On Hot Ones, they typically put this right in the middle of the line up and that’s where it belongs. It is a good gateway heat but still packs a ton of flavor! The interesting thing is that there are some sweet notes in there right before and after the heat arrives on the tongue. This has a unique flavor profile and is not just plain hot like a Tabasco. You’ll discover what it does and doesn’t go well with but I love this on street tacos, breakfast burritos, and I add it to store bought salsa to give it extra flavor and heat. Really, a very well crafted and delicious sauce!”

“I am really enjoying the Los Calientes sauce. I had gifted a bottle to a few people and they couldn't stop telling me how great it was. Once I got a bottle for myself, I quickly understood why they were so excited about the sauce.”

“I wasnt much into spicy, but this sauce was en every meal. Finish the bottle in less than a month. Highly recommend this with guacamole and in every meal. My favorite so far.”
