Tastes sooo good. I got one for myself and one for my brother for Christmas. Everyone's loved it who's tried it. i'm a wimp when it comes to spice, so this definitely caps me out for my highest comfortable spice level.

Good, but I realized I don’t like the cumin flavor

Culinary notes - Add a few drops of this sauce to a good chunky organic mild salsa (to add some quality heat), it shines. It seems to pair very well with tomatoes. For wine pairing, go for a Sancerre, Soave Classico, Falanghina, or Sauvignon Blanc.

Scrambled eggs, oven roasted chicken breast with paprika... It makes it all better. This is definitely hotter than the Los Calientes original, but it still a middle-hot sauce that adds flavor along with the heat. The apricot rounds out the sauce and gives it depth. We ordered two more bottles immediately.

I don't really like writing reviews, but this sauce (along with the original, Las Calientes) has replaced all other sauces in my mind. It is so good, I have purchased 5 bottles already, and plan to buy more for stocking stuffers (though I have missed this year, because as I write this... it is Christmas •right now•! )

One of the first ones we got after seeing many people trying it on Hot Ones. This is the best overall flavor of the 5 or 6=we have purchased.

I like this sauce a lot because it almost has a taco flavor to it but it’s not too strong. The spice in it is just enough heat to handle and goes great with just about anything! Get this sauce you won’t regret it!
