“I was that guy that thought Tabasco was how you do hot sauce until this bottle came into my life. Imagine getting fresh salsa in a jar with a medium spice level. If this sounds appealing to you then buy Los Calientes Rojo by the case my friends. Everything you love about a good tomato salsa is in this recipe and it even has a nice smooth heat to it. I have tried it with eggs, burgers, tacos, wings and it makes everything better. If I can only have one, this would be the sauce to live by. Thank you for changing my life and freeing my taste buds from vinegar hell.”

“It's a good sauce! Pretty spicy. Definitely a perfect 5/10 when it comes to heat. Don't let my title fool you, it's a good tasting sauce with probably a lot of applications. Unfortunately, for me, the cumin flavor in this sauce was a little overpowering. I was planning on using it on a lot of diet foods to help spice them up and make them at least enjoyable, but the reality is that the flavors it added to my meals was simply that of spicy beans. Again, it's a great sauce. It has a lot of complexity, and I probably wouldn't have noticed or cared if I was adding it to barbecue or other things that were spiced similarly. I'm keeping the sauce and can envision it's usability for future meals, but I don't consider this to be a sauce similar to something like Cholula which I think goes on everything.”

“9 out of 10. Perfect flavor and just right amount of heat for beginners. Slighty on sweet side and wish there was more smoke flavor to give this a 10 out of 10. Still one of best sauces i have ever tried.”

“While I only find this sauce mildly amusing on the heat index, this sauce is packed with an explosion of flavor. It is absolutely delicious with everything. I add a little extra habanero bases hot sauce to add a little extra heat.”
