Perfect amount of heat for daily use, great flavor as well. I put it on pretty much anything and it’s great

My husband and I discovered Los Calientes when we ordered the hot ones challenge with all 10 sauces. It's the one we keep consistently ordering!! We love all 3 Los Calientes flavors, but Rojo is the best! Thanks Heatonist!

This one is a little more smoky than the Verde and has a little more heat to it than that, but nothing is overwhelming at all. Tastes great on wings thanks to that hit of apricot sweetness to balance it out. You could probably end up pouring tons of this on something if you aren't careful.

Perfect for taco Tuesday! A nice medium heat, not too vinegary, and a touch of cumin. Tastes like Mexican food!

This is a wonderful hot sauce for tacos and taco related things. It gives all of the home made ground beef taco vibes and is also awesome on asada chips "nachos". It is a little culantro forward in scent but mild in flavor; for some people who are sensitive to cilantro and culantro, the initial scent may be a little off putting, but the overall flavor is still worth a try. The heat isn't over the top, but it is sneaky; it'll come in not so much on the first bite, but in the middle of the second at the back of the mouth.

Los Calientes Rojo is perfect for a beginner like me - hot enough to make humdrum food like oatmeal and mashed potatoes interesting, but not hot enough to scare me off. I’m getting accustomed to the burn and have been eying new challenges. It helps that this sauce is delicious.
