“This sauce was made for the purpose of getting reactions, and you can taste that when you eat it. Besides the obvious lime, there is not much other flavor. And the sauce is so hot it's hard to enjoy in large quantities unless you are a super spicy eater. This wouldn't do well on the actual hot ones because it is so hot for no reason but for a show where people know what they are getting into--eating something that will make them sweat/cry--it fits. Got this in my subscription box, haven't finished it and won't be recording since it is just too hot.”

“Good sauce. Delivers a strong, controlled burn that's manageable as you keep eating. It _is_ hot, but it is not a shut-'em-down hot sauce. (What's the point of those anyway?) It augments the flavor of the food that it's eaten with without turning it into something else; similar to how black pepper augments, but does not transform. I suppose the simple list of ingredients helps it do that. No cumin. No coriander. No garlic. And they didn't go nuts with the vinegar. However, I think that adding a pepper with sweeter flesh would result in a more balanced flavor.”

“I feel that with some of these hotter sauces, you have to be able to handle the heat before you can taste anything about them, but I tried a decent amount of this on a hot dog and I think the dog cut through a lot of the heat, but the flavor still didn't do much for me. This sauce is HOT, not as hot as "the dabs" but hotter than anything else I've tried. The flavor is slightly better than the dabs but not enough to make me want to keep using it. If you're looking to go a little crazy and go all out on a really hot sauce, but are inexperienced, I would say try this one before moving up to the last dab.”

“I love this sauce. The sweetness of the Carolina Reaper mixed with the heat produced by it makes for a great flavor. The heat is also pretty intense. Throw in the Scotch Bonnets for a bit more heat and lime juice for a bit more sweetness and you have this sauce. This is the perfect blend of flavor and heat.”

“No strong taste, it goes with everything. Great spiciness level, totally deserves an 8. But be careful, it is watery, you might serve yourself more than you can handle.”

“This sauce seems hotter than Widow Maker and The Last Dab for me but not getting much more than the heat. I greatly prefer the flavor profile of both of those sauces over this one. Not tasting lime or any sweetness.”

“Man you can smell the reaper on this bad boy. It's ready to murder your mouth. I did not expect how quick and intense this sauce was. The Last Dab XXX and Last Dab Carolina Reaper + the Widow makers are rated higher than this sauce - but I found them less intense than this one. Just like the first episode of Hot Ones Game Show - I was crying, coughing, choking, straight up dying from this sauce. I cant even remember the flavor profile cause all I was tasting was my flesh melting. My friends seemed to enjoy the sauce - we all agree this is a perfect sauce for wings. I hope to see this in season 12 line up - it's well deserved. Not my cup of tea but man it's intense.”
