“It's honestly stupid how good this sauce is. It has enough kick to be interesting, but it's mild enough that you can just slather your food in it. It's savory enough to go on eggs but the sweetness and the maple lends itself really nicely to a pancakes and sausage breakfast. I don't do the hot sauce and ice cream thing but this would probably be at home on some ben and jerry's. This one gets the rare honor of "keep a spare in the pantry" previously only held by Los Calientes. If you haven't tried it, make space for it.”

“I'm not someone who has to have spice on EVERYTHING, but after doing the hot ones challenge, I've put this particular hot one on so much stuff and it is delicious. It's a very minor heat level and the actual taste is great. My only beef with it is that I wish it were thicker but that's not enough to keep me from buying bottle after bottle!!”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! Did you give the bottle a good shake? Sometimes that helps to distribute the vinegar so the taste isn't as strong. If you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
