“This isn’t a particularly versatile sauce and profile is too similar to a watery version of a Thai sweet chili dipping sauce you’d pick up at an Asian grocery. Good with spring rolls or to add a bit of a sweet zing to a dish, I certainly wouldn’t put this sh*t on everything and you can get nearly the exact same flavor for a lot less than $10 in the Asian section of your nearest grocery store.”

“Just the right balance of flavors of chili and maple. Great amalgamation of heat, spicy essence, and sweetness. I bought extra bottles for gifts to the other hot sauce aficionados in the family.”

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes if you give the bottle a good shake it evens brings out the flavor and evens out texture.
