“I love sweet heat, and when I saw the new starter for this season of Hot Ones, I had to try it. This sauce has become my new daily use. To be honest, the maple flavor isn't quite as prevalent as I thought it would be, but the flavor it does provide is excellent against the Fresnos. This sauce will be replacing my normal Cholula usage for the foreseeable future!”

“Not too sweet, just perfect. Thinner than I expected so it's hard to add just a tad. That's ok though, I just use it to cook with as well. I really love the flavor. I look forward to trying the next one! It was nice to find a hot sauce that I actually like.”

“Pretty mild sauce, but the flavor is excellent. Very good on eggs, sandwiches, burritos and mixed with mayo as an aioli. Not the best in soup as it seems to get drowned out.”
