Rachel and Team Heat took care of me when my package wasn’t delivered. Now having the sauce I really dig it. It’s a sweet heat and vinegary in the best way. Might be my favorite of the hot ones classic variations. Thanks again Rachel and Team Heat.

A slight hint of the sweet Maple taste followed by a mild heat level with a light vinegar taste. a well balanced sauce.

So far this is my favorite of The Classic Sauces. The sweet maple syrup flavor is perfectly balanced by the mild heat. It is a great mild sauce for those meals that you want to add a touch of spice to the sweetness.
