“I'm not big on hot sauces. My go too is Cholula on eggs. I thought that was a legit hot sauce, but it's mainly vinegar. I got the classic chili maple and have had it on eggs, fried chicken, and salmon and it has a really sweet taste at first, then the heat kicks in. I really enjoy it sofar. I'm going to be making mac and cheese and plan on using it in that soon. 10/10”
