“It tastes good but it doesn't have spices in it. That makes it great for adding to food if you don't want to drastically change the flavor. It will add the apollo pepper flavor (which I love) to your food, but it won't change much else. It's really good, especially considering it's just peppers and vinegar. And it's actually hot so if you need your spice fix you can pour some into a spoon and eat it.”

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings on burgers and chicken tacos. It also makes a great marinade! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
