“This is one HOT sauce! very little flavour but for sure the most painful sauce ever. I have a habanero sauce that has a very similar flavour profile but loses its heat fairly rapidly. Apollo is more a novelty than a go too. Very happy to have survived it!”

“Bought this one for fun. But... holy crap! This has me in tears often Love it, but should be used carefully. Extremly spicey, but with a sweet flavor. The pepper x kicks inn slowly and keeps burning... and burning... Just love it!”

“Not nearly (not even close) as hot as the season 17 Da Bomb or even Jekyll and Hyde, and the flavor and aroma is that of a chemical nature, not pleasant. I had low expectations, and this didn't exceed them. And yes, I did use plenty, not just a dab.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps! Or, if you'd like a suggestion for something else super hot email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“It’s really hot but not disgusting. Depending which part of your mouth it hits, will determine the intensity. Overall, pretty good hot sauce. I would recommend”
