“This is a super-hot, so for most, this isn't something you would put on as a condiment. It has a very good flavor though. I use it in something where a little goes a long way like soup or chili. Anything where you can mix it into your tolerance level.”

“Strong, smoky Pepper X character with fruit coming from the Carolina Reaper (I think). I use it in bloody mary's and wings of course.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think the sauce is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps! “I dont know if I got a weak bottle or if this is a normal standard. it is very delicious and I do like the peppers taste a great deal. I thought this would be a special occasion sauce but I think it may become my go-to.”

“I won’t lie, this packs some heat, and our first taste on some chicken wings made our noses run and eyes water. However, it tastes DELICIOUS! The pepper is fruity and earthy, and I now crave the flavor. I’ve eaten it with meat, seafood, even on ice cream. Thankfully, a little dab goes a long way, so you get a lot of bang for your buck with a bottle of this. If you can take the heat, you will be rewarded with awesome flavor!”
