Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think the sauce is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps! Or, if you'd like a suggestion for something else super hot email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com
