“I bought this as a Christmas present and it was not even that spicy. I hyped up your product and it was a big let down. No sweats, no flush on the face, no hiccups, no tears, no runny nose. I feel a little ripped off to be honest. There is no way what I received was even stronger then Da Bomb.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think this is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Definitely not a toothpick type deal. Giving a good shake also helps!
