“Amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner very spicy but overall a great sauce Apollo pepper is a unique flavor burn lasts longer than it should when you first try it but you definitely get used to it 4/5 for me”

“When I first got Apollo, I used very sparingly, to my scorching, eye watering delight. Over just a few short weeks, I found myself increasingly accustomed to the heat, until I was using copious amounts for every meal. Old hot sauces no longer have appeal, and my life lacks flavor without a bottle of this. Absolutely hot, yet delicious in ways I never knew a superhot sauce could be. 10/10.”

“This sauce I gotta say truly wears its name well. It really does feel like the sun is rising in your mouth! I also love that this is not just super hot but has a nice deep flavour to it as well. Happy to have this one in our collection!”

“Unfortunately disappointed. The flavor is lackluster being just Apollo peppers and vinegar, making it bland unlike some of the other hot sauces. For 22 dollars a gigantic hype of spice it falls a little flat. Everyone in my family tried it and we all had the same thought, “boring flavor not super spicy”. I give the spice a 7/10. Will not be buying it again….. I hope we just got a bad batch because the hype to result is so disappointing.”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think this is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Definitely not a toothpick type deal. Giving a good shake also helps!
