“I love REALLY spicy sauces and if you do then this is a good sauce for you. Apollo has a very strong heat but the kick doesn't really hit you right away. You can taste the pepper flavor directly because there are no non-pepper ingredients. Would recommend if you like your mouth on fire like me!”

“Smelled and tasted horrible. Honestly wasn’t as hot as I expected. I thought I’d be in pain trying to prove I could handle this but I’ve had way hotter no name sauces from Mexican restaurants than this.”

“Simply put, I bought Apollo as a challenge but because of its fresh pod flavor I’m finding that I put about a teaspoon of the sauce on practically everything I eat. I still love the XXX and use it quite a bit but it has a very distinct flavor that doesn’t pair with everything like the Apollo.”

“I like the consistency though it did backfire once and I put too much on my food. The flavor is very good and the heat is just right. I use this one more sparingly than others only because I don’t want to be on an 11 every meal, just for when I’m feeling extra spicy.”
