“Taste is fresh and the pepper comes through without being hidden behind other flavors. Best used when not just wanting to add a little heat, but want to avoid changing an existing flavor profile. Not that the sauce does not add flavor, it is just very good at enhancing vs replacing.”

“This sauce is very hot! 1st time I tried it was on a spoon and it was so hot it made me feel high! Great basic favor too. Apollo pepper is awesome!”

“This sauce is extremely hot and goes with anything. Not much more to say, give it a try but use sparingly as a little goes a long way in this case.”

“As soon as I opened the bottle I got a wif of sweetness followed by a nice heat. The initial heat is very upfront and immediate. There is a slight sweetness also as the very beginning. The heat slowly increases and smolders on the back of your tongue. Causes me to sweat almost immediately after. I only dab this on my food and do not plan on covering a chicken wing in this sauce. I prefer the original last dab flavor with the yellowish color to it, but the flavor of this is still very good. Most extreme hot sauces do not have much flavor and this still packs a punch. I highly recommend this if you are a hot sauce fanatic.”
