“Lucky dogs a great mild hot sauce that goes with pretty much everything. It doesn't really burn too bad, so that's nice. And it's thickness and consistency is really nice, kinda like a hot chili paste. I love the different flavors that dance inside the bottle. Good stuff.”

“Careful with this one, the thickness after being in the fridge is real. Such a good sauce, thai chili sweet with a good burn to it, hotter than a store bought sauce.”

“I would say this would my go to for a slightly tangy and spicy addition to a sloppy Joe mix (so far having tried). It has a thickness to it similar to ketchup, but it has right off the bat the zing flavors of the chilies and the garlic. There is a little bit of brightness that I get from the lime juice and the pineapple at the end as well. I think in general this would be a really good hot sauce to up the ante to red sauces and hearty meats.”

“This is a great sauce and I have been using it a lot in a marinade for tofu (also a glaze). This packs quite a kick, but well worth it for the flavor.”
