“This is a very good hot sauce. It’s an exercise in subtly, with the mezcal bringing some smoky notes without being distinct. This is a god every day hot sauce”

“This sauce is not going to last long for me. It has a great smoky flavor on it and a decent kick that really engages with other flavors in a meal. This went really well for me on a saffron rice and chicken meal. I'd call it hotter than 3/10 personally. This is legions hotter than Heatonist no. 7.”
