“It’s really quite pleasant. Really not the most versatile sauce, but it really cycles thru the flavors before the heat settles in. Worth adding into moderate rotation. Not one I’ll grab everyday. But certainly a few times a wk, it can shine.”

“When I got this sauce as part of the warm-up pack from a few seasons ago, I knew it'd be something that I need to keep in my fridge. This is my 2nd bottle! Love this stuff!”

“Though I can handle fairly hot sauces, the older I get the less I crave the burn and the more I yearn for a great tasting sauce that isn’t just vinegar and peppers. This sauce hits me in a perfect sweet spot where I could almost eat it like salsa. A bottle barely lasts two weeks in this house. Though it has a spicer bite than the “3 out of 10” on the label (and yes I’ve had Da Bomb) it’s not so much so that I use it sparingly. A good sweetness, yet has a savory body that make it great for everything from eggs to pizza. Or straight out of the bottle.”

“Solid hot sauce with a lot of flavors. It’s difficult to describe the hot sauce but I would describe it as earthy and maybe that is from the Mezcal.”
