“It’s a great sauce with just a hint of bourbon to give a great smokey flavor. I love the chunkiness of the peppers! Shipping was on time with accurate tracking. I will be ordering it again at some point.”

“As a bourbon lover, I was pumped this was added to Hot Ones and couldn’t wait to order. I coated some chicken on the grill in it, and was impressed with the overall flavor profile. You can pick up the bourbon right away, but this sauce was surprisingly thin, and the vinegar cooked away quickly. It’s a nice change of pace with the bourbon and it has good heat, but I think it’s profile limits it to white meat and vegetables. Probably won’t order a second bottle when it’s gone though.”

“Packs a lot of heat - I expected more kick from the bourbon flavor than I got but it was more subtle which was a surprise. Great job not overdoing it.”

“Good flavors, but pretty loose and didn't hold up well except in foods where using a very vinegar-heavy sauce would work. Cooked it down a bit and got something I liked better, but some of the ingredients didn't take the heat too well.”
