Great flavor with a nice and even kick. Love this on almost anything.

Of all of the hot sauces I have tried, this one is hands down the worst. I don't know if I got a bad bottle or if it's supposed to taste like vomit because that was my initial reaction. There is a hint of bourbon on the smell but the taste has all the harshness of cheap booze and vinegar. I even had my girlfriend try it in case it was just a personal dislike and she felt the same. We ended up throwing it out within a day of owning it because there is not a single thing I could consider putting it on. Lots of other hot sauces here that are worth your time/tastebuds.

I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it's phenomenal on roast chicken and ham & cheese sandwiches! Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com: mailto:ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

Delicious hot sauce! It has the right balance of heat/flavor/bourbon notes. Not the hottest sauce but still has great heat.

I like this sauce but don’t love it yet. I’m much more a fan of more complex hot sauces that feature lots of fruits, veg and spices, vs the ones that are kinda just peppers and vinegar. I like the bourbon flavor, though it could be stronger. This isn’t yet a fave, but it might work its way up my list.
